Grant is co-author of the book The Value Imperative: Harvesting value from your IT initiatives. He obtained his PhD from the London School of Economics and Political Science. Grant’s work focuses on the strategic management of information systems. As well as helping develop the next generation of information technology leaders, Grant has consulted locally and internationally on digital government strategies and practices.

Duxbury is a noted pioneer in the field of organizational health. Over the years, her interest in issues associated with managing a changing workforce has earned her a variety of awards that recognize her research, teaching and contribution to public- and private-sector work places. She is available to discuss this issue from both a change management and an employee’s perspective.
She has worked with most departments in the federal public sector and with most provincial governments in Canada. She has also worked with Crown corporations, various Canadian policing departments and private-sector companies in all sectors.
Duxbury has extensive teaching experience in the area of managing a changing workforce and has delivered lectures on this topic for numerous universities, public organizations and private-sector companies.
