The World Energy Outlook 2017 will have its Canadian launch at Carleton University. The presentation will include energy supply and demand projections to 2040 based on different scenarios. There will be detailed analyses of the impact of the projections on energy industries and investment, as well as implications for energy security and the environment.

The presenter is Paul Simons, deputy executive director of the International Energy Agency in Paris. He will be available for a Q & A after the presentation.
