The Ontario Superior Court found Rob Ford guilty of improperly participating in a debate over whether he should repay $3,150 in questionable donations he collected for a personal charity using city hall letterhead. As a result of the finding, Ford has also been removed from office.

Graham’s research interests concern urban and local governance, Aborignal and northern development policy and institutional reform in government. She is currently examining the federal role in urban policy. She is also serving as senior local government advisor on two international development projects — a project on district capacity-building in northern Ghana and a project focusing on capacity-building and the reform of provincial planning processes in two provinces in Vietnam.

Stoney is the public management concentration leader for graduate programs and co-editor of How Ottawa Spends. His current research includes infrastructure financing, municipal government, land use planning, procurement, public-private partnerships, federal government spending, transparency and accountability, citizen engagement and emergency management and preparedness. He has worked in local government in the UK with the Local Government Management Board and the City of London.
