Carleton University’s Virtual Ventures, a network member of Actua, is an award-winning not-for-profit organization that offers nationally recognized technology and engineering programs for youth between the ages of 4-18. Virtual Ventures will proudly commemorate its 30th Anniversary on July 27, 2024.

For 30 years, Virtual Ventures has been igniting the imaginations of Ottawa’s youth, offering nationally recognized programs in technology, engineering, and science (STEM). From junior kindergarten to grade 12, we’ve been shaping young minds, providing experiences that engage youth with the exciting world of STEM. To mark this momentous occasion, Carleton invites you to join us in celebrating the past, present, and future of innovation and inspiration.

When: Saturday, July 27, 2024, from 11 am to 2 pm

In its 30 years, Carleton University’s Virtual Ventures has engaged over 100,000 youth (4 to 18) across Canada with STEM programming. To commemorate there will be hands-on activities, a picnic lunch and a chance to learn about the organization’s history.
