Duxbury has been studying the impact of COVID-19 on employee well-being since March 2020. In partnership with the Ontario Mental Health Association and the Canadian Association of Police, Duxbury has conducted interviews with working parents, which has allowed her team to track the impact of COVID-19 and the various government interventions on employee well-being over time.
