Carleton University will be closed for the Family Day statutory holiday on Monday, Feb. 15, 2021. The university will reopen on Tuesday, Feb. 16. These dates coincide with the start of winter break running from Monday, Feb. 15 to Friday, Feb. 19.
There are no classes during this week and the normal academic schedule resumes on Monday, Feb. 22, 2021.
Please take note of the following hours of operation at Carleton during Family Day weekend and throughout winter break.
Dining Services
Dining Services locations will have adjusted hours throughout the week. All locations other than the cafeteria will be closed on Family Day, Feb. 15.
Starbucks Residence Commons will be open from Feb. 16 to Feb. 19 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Tim Hortons Richcraft will be open from Feb. 16 to Feb. 19 from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Oasis will be closed starting Saturday, Feb. 13 and will reopen on Sunday, Feb. 21 at 8:30 p.m.
MacOdrum Library
The MacOdrum Library remains closed in accordance with provincial lockdown restrictions. Online resources are available, as well as curbside pickup, mail delivery, and scan on demand.
Athletics
As the City of Ottawa returns to the Government of Ontario’s COVID 19 Response Framework, Carleton Athletics is preparing to safely open the following facilities and programs beginning Wednesday, February 17 at 6 a.m. Click here for more information.
