Carleton University will celebrate its successful Collaborate Campaign – which has surpassed its $300-million goal. The multi-year fundraising effort is contributing to initiatives that support Carleton students, advance teaching and research, and serve the community.

The celebration is an opportunity for Carleton to show its appreciation for more than 29,000 donors who made the ambitious project possible.

Contributions to the Collaborate Campaign will have a lasting impact, including 404 new scholarships and bursaries, support for 191 crowdfunded FutureFunder projects, and numerous other academic, research and student-focused initiatives.

Programs that will be featured at the celebration include the accessible education partnership Break the Barriers, the Centre for Research and Education on Women and Work (CREWW), the Indigenous Enriched Support Program (IESP), and Women in Computer Science (WiCS).

Featured speakers include Carleton President Benoit-Antoine Bacon; Jennifer Conley, chief advancement officer in the Department of Advancement; and Phenyo Phillipo and Jaime Sadgrove of the Student Philanthropy Association.
