Carleton to Host Third Annual Ottawa International Hockey Analytics Conference

Carleton University’s School of Mathematics and Statistics will host the Third Annual Ottawa International Hockey Analytics Conference. This year’s day of hockey analytics and statistics will include juried student presentations and posters.

When: Saturday, May 6, 2017 at 8 a.m.
Where: Room 101, Azrieli Pavilion, Carleton University

Pre-conference Workshop for those new to the field of hockey analytics

When: Friday May 5, 2017 5:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.
Where: Room 4385, Herzberg Lab, Carleton University
Info: This workshop is full, but media are welcome.

Media are invited to attend the events.

The third annual conference will feature presentations by professionals working in the field of hockey analytics. The event will include social and networking opportunities for attendees.

The event is co-organized by professors Shirley Mills of Carleton and Michael Schuckers of St. Lawrence University, in Canton, New York.
