Dutkiewicz is a professor of Political Science and former Director of the Institute of European and Russian Studies. He is a co-director of the Centre for Governance and Public Policy. He has edited (or co-edited) several books on eastern Europe and Russia and is a member of the Valdai Club, a group of 40 world renowned experts on Russia.
