Carleton Physics Department Presents Halloween Physics Show

Carleton University’s Department of Physics will be presenting the second annual Halloween Physics Show.

When: Saturday, Oct. 29, 2016 at 10 a.m.
Where: Room 4130, Herzberg Laboratories
Info: The event is free and open to the public. Spaces are limited and registration is required.

The show will feature interactive demonstrations and hands-on activities. This event is most appropriate for children 12 years of age or older, but younger children are welcome. Activities include:

  • Lightning machine and plasma balls
  • Lasers and rainbows
  • Gyroscopes and gravity defying devices
  • Costume contest (prize for the best costume)
  • And much more!
