Power Restored in Mackenzie Building

To all Members of the Carleton Community,

The power in the “D” block of the Mackenzie Building has been restored. The building will re-open and regular activities will resume tomorrow.

To all Members of the Carleton Community,

Crews have identified the problem and continue to work on repairs to the electrical system in the “D” block of Mackenzie Building. It is anticipated that the power will be restored later this evening.

Another update will be provided once the power is back on.

To all Members of the Carleton Community,

Mackenzie D Block is without electrical power due to a failure of the electrical feed. Work could take up to 8 hours to complete.  Updates will be provided. Facilities Management and Planning is investigating and will carry out necessary repairs.

Scheduling and Examination Services will work with instructors of the affected classes to determine relocation and rescheduling as needed. Students who have classes in this area will be contacted.

We appreciate your understanding as we complete this emergency work.
