Carleton helped celebrate the Experiential Learning Program (ELP) today with a showcase of eight success stories and the opportunity for students to network with industry leaders. The ELP was designed to help students across Ontario from a variety of educational backgrounds to get the training and experience they need to turn their ideas into market-ready products and jobs. The program links post-secondary students and recent graduates to industry, leading to innovations and start-up companies. The program is literally an example of learning by doing.
By supporting the entrepreneurial aspirations of Ontario’s students, the ELP helps them get the real-world experience they need to establish new businesses today that will help them become the employers of tomorrow.
