The Sustainable and Renewable Energy Engineering (SREE) society will host the second annual Carleton University Green Energy Symposium (CUGES). This free event will take place on Saturday, Nov. 5th, 2011 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Members of the community are encouraged to join us at the Minto Centre at Carleton for an afternoon of sustainable spectacles.
In 2010, the first annual symposium attracted students, faculty and industry leaders from across the National Capital Region. Participants took part in insightful presentations, panel discussions and heated debates as they networked with their peers and distinguished guests.
This year’s event will feature exhibition booths throughout the day, presentations, a free lunch and a panel discussion on renewable energy.
