Now you’re Playing with Power: Carleton University hosts first Game Day – Get Started on a Video Gaming Career at Carleton

Event: Students from the Carleton School of Information Technology and the School of Computer Science are hosting the University’s first ever Game Day. Professionals from the Gaming industry, such as Microsoft Canada, Magmic Games, and Mindstorm Labs, will be on campus to teach students tricks of the trade such as how to develop new games for Xbox 360™ and Window Vista™, how to stomp out game bugs before the end of the creation process, and more.

CU Game day is ideal for anyone interested in a gaming career as Carleton professors Michel Barbeau and Anthony Whitehead discuss what’s going on with Carleton Gaming.
